    The Buyers Forum will focus on the basic elements of Procurement and key functions and services needed to better form the work that you do.  This workshop is ideal for buyers, procurement professionals or even managers that want to network and brush up on their skills.

    what is required:   An overview of Federal Grant bidding requirements, Uniform Guidance and Chapter 30B Mass procurement practices

    12:50- 1:30  -  MHEC Update and how MHEC incorporates Procurement into their procurement strategy 

    1:30-2:45 - Back to Basic Elements.  What are the core elements for Procurement Professionals today?  This workshop will touch upon core elements of Procurement such as RFP's, scopes, statements of work, contract clauses, insurance, negotiations and many more.  This will be a live interactive session conducted by teams given topics to explore amongst their peers.

    NAEP, New England is a specialized organization consisting of Higher Education procurement professionals. NAEP-NE is dedicated to providing professional development and networking opportunities to its membership which consists of over 325 individuals representing over 125 colleges and universities across New England. 
    Each year along with other professional development seminars, NAEP-NE runs a fall conference which is held every year in October. The conference consists of a vendor show representing over 60 vendors and seminars taught by expert speakers from New England and across the country.

    This year, NAEP-NE will be accepting about 55 exhibitor booths for the vendor show. Sponsorship opportunities will be available for all vendors. The Vendor Expo will be on Monday, October 22nd from 1:00PM-5:00PM.

    In addition to the traditional vendor exhibit opportunities sponsorships are available this year. When registering you can select a sponsorship level.

    Cancellation Deadline: No refund will be given after October 10, 2016. Any cancellation is subject to a $50 administrative fee
